OPERATING CAPITAL | SALE LEASE BACK 

We also recognize that sometimes it is necessary for clients to utilize the equity in the equipment they own.  We also offer financing for operating capital by using free and clear equipment and structuring the lease as a sale leaseback.   This is based on a 2:1 ration and evaluation/ equipment  with a 2:1 ratio
